UCF Golf Association
On May 29, 1976, a group of University of Central Florida employees chartered a non-profit association, thus becoming the original founders of the University of Central Florida Golf Association (UCFGA). The purpose of the association was to promote camaraderie between the community and the University of Central Florida by providing golf outings in Central Florida.
Our association does so by organizing these outings each month of the year on the best golf course venues throughout Central Florida. Our mission is to continue the vision of Art and Carrie Lehmann, both of whom have contributed so much since the inception of the UCFGA. Our members, past and present, have succeeded and will continue to carry out that mission.
In appreciation for the Lehmann’s 38 years of dedicated service, members honored them by adding Art and Carrie’s name to UCFGA’s annual “Tournament of Champions”, making the November event known as the “Art & Carrie Lehmann, Tournament of Champions”.
